Shipping & Returns & FAQ

       
Once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled so please reach out with any size or fit questions. 
    Full Price items are eligible for a refund or one free size exchange per each US order!
    • If you need help with sizing we would love to!
    Please email elizabeth@curvybeach.com before you place your order.
      • To return your Return or Exchange on Full Price Items, email elizabeth@curvybeach.com and if you would like a free exchange, store credit or refund. We will ask you if the item was too big or too small which helps us with fit feedback. 
      • Once approved, the garment must arrive back to us within 14 days from when it was delivered with the sanitary liner in place and be unwashed and free from smoke, hair or stains - specifically deodorant.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
      • Exchanges in the US are totally complimentary. Return orders for a refund have a 20% restocking fee. 
      • Please allow us 2 weeks to process returns and exchanges. Hang tight and we will be in touch!
      Final Sale Info:
      • We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items is below cost.
      • We do not Price Match during a sale - thank you for understanding!
      • Because of this, we need to be strict about not accepting any returns on final sale items. We hope you understand our position.
       Reminder:
      • Jacuzzis have TONS of chlorine and can damage your suits. Especially on cruises! We would recommend wearing your suit briefly and washing with cold water immediately after. 
      • Sale items are non-refundable. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.
                Shipping:
                • We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status and claims must be taken up with your local USPS branch.  If your order can be delivered to a work or more secure address - we recommend it.
                • If you package has been lost, we recommend entering the tracking here to get the USPS started finding it: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
                • All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class Mail and come with their own Tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. 
                • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when you place your order from our warehouse in Southern New Jersey.
                • No delivery dates or times are guaranteed.
                • Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Curvy Beach is not responsible for these fees.
                • Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location.
